Officers and Directors serving the Hot Springs Board of Realtors is no small task.

The job description outlines that the work of the Board of Directors is to:

Serve as trustees for the members in determining and demanding appropriate organizational performance.

The Board is responsible for policymaking, while the HSBOR staff is responsible for executing day-to-day management to implement the Board-made policy.

Connect with the Membership by attending events and meetings held by HSBOR as often as possible

It is also the responsibility of the Directors to set expectations and parameters for the Association Executive.

The Board expects of itself and its members ethical and businesslike conduct. Board members may not damage the Association or the image of the Association.
