REALTOR IMAGE COMMITTEE DUTIES
The purpose of this committee is to seek projects that the Hot Springs Board of REALTORSâ could get involved with, to present a positive “image” to the public of REALTORSâ giving something back to their community.
It is not the purpose of this committee to do all the work, however, to organize such projects as selected and to get the membership committed and involved with the execution of the project.
Such projects could consist of fundraisers for charitable organizations, community projects, such as, Special Olympics Fishing Derby and Cans for Kids as well as any other worthwhile project that would promote a positive “REALTOR® IMAGE” in the community.
The Committee will present notices of the luncheon meetings to the local newspaper.
The Committee will also be responsible for notices published in the newspaper as directed by the Board of Directors or the President.
The Committee will be responsible for keeping the scrapbook of the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS up to date with all notices along with the dates they were published.
The Committee will also be responsible for the delivery of any photographs for newspaper publications.
