Luncheon and Program Committee Duties

This Committee shall obtain interesting, informative and educational programs for the membership meetings.

MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS (Luncheons) ·        
All members of the Board may attend the membership meeting free of charge; all guests of members will be billed.  One member of each Affiliate office may attend free of charge, all other members of that office will be billed.  The membership meeting billing will be sent electronically after each meeting.

The Committee shall meet on a regular basis in order to keep current on the progress of the membership meetings.  Discussion should include the price of the meeting, food preparation, menu preparation, etc.  Cost and facilities should be of prime importance to the committee.  Also, the committee should take into consideration the amount of dollars on the expense side of the budget.

The Committee should impress upon the company officers that the Board will have to pay for their membership meeting if they make a reservation and do not attend.  The Committee should remind all officers that this is costly to the Board.

Any change in the location of the membership meeting will be submitted to the Board of Directors along with pertinent information relative to the meeting.
