INSTALLATION & AWARDS BANQUET COMMITTEE ·        

The out-going President shall be in charge of the banquet.  The out-going President will work in conjunction with the in-coming President as to the location, menu, program and entertainment.  The Chairman of the Committee will receive a date for the banquet from the President and receive input from the President and President-Elect as to his/her expectations.

All activities will be co-coordinated between the President, President-Elect, Chairman and the Executive Officer.

Charges, tickets, invitations, and programs should be co-coordinated with the President and the Executive Officer.

 It will be the duty of the Chairman to contact affiliate institutions for donations (door prizes/money) for the Installation of the Officers and Directors

The in-coming President shall select the person whom they wish to perform the Installation of the Officers and Directors.  He/she shall notify the Executive Officer of the selection when the Executive Officer receives the request form from the ARA.

The Executive Officer shall be kept abreast of all decisions concerning the banquet.
