FINANCE COMMITTEE DUTIES
The Treasurer chairs the Finance Committee.
The committee meets once a quarter to review the budget status and to make any necessary adjustments. The EO & Treasurer draws up a proposed budget in September. This proposed budget is to be presented to the Finance Committee on or before October 10TH and to the Board of Directors by the November meeting. Copies may be emailed to the committee members for review.
If the Directors have any changes, the EO & the Finance Committee will work again in establishing another budget until one is approved. A final budget must be approved by the last day of the year.
The new budget will be made available to the membership on the MLS as soon as approved.
