PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
    • Current President chairs this committee.
    • The personnel committee will consist of the Executive Committee.
    • Their duties are to aid in any employee matters. (i.e.; yearly review, hiring, termination, etc.)
    • Any structured counseling of the Board employees is to be voted on by the committee and administered by no less than 3 members of this committee as appointed by the President.
    • All personnel records to be kept with the Board’s attorney.
    • All employee reviews will be held annually at the President’s discretion.
    • Will determine all Board employees starting pay. Any increases will not exceed 5%.
