AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE COMMITTEE

 This Committee shall be composed of at least 10 immediate past recipients of the Award for Excellence.

The Committee Chairperson is responsible for receiving applications through the Board Office for the Award for Excellence and verifying their authenticity.

The Committee Chairperson and the EO is responsible for forwarding to the State Association, applications and a collective photograph for publishing in the ARA news bulletin.

The Chairperson is to advise the Executive Officer of the list of Award for Excellence members.

The Chairperson shall also be responsible for the ordering and presentation of all plaques of Award for Excellence members.  Presentation of plaques will be made at the designated time by the Chairperson of this Committee or by the President.

The Chairman is to follow the ARA guidelines for the Award of Excellence.

The Board of Directors of Hot Springs Board of REALTORSâ must approve any variance of this.

Attached to this are the current year’s guidelines from the ARA Award of Excellence.  Chairman can solicit extra Committee members if necessary with approval of the President.

This Committee is appointed one year in advance.
